Our headquarter is much more than a simple office: it is the nerve centre where ideas, skills and strategies come together to ensure efficiency and innovation across every aspect of our work.
Specialised teams operate here, each with a clear role covering all key company functions: commercial management, logistics, customer care, marketing, IT and digital innovation department, Administratives, human resources, retail development, research&development, customer services. Every department works with defined objectives and advanced tools to optimise processes and outcomes.
Alongside these dedicated teams, our cross-functional approach ensures the highest level of specialisation. Professionals with complementary skills collaborate to guarantee smooth, integrated project management, supported by constant knowledge-sharing that makes us more responsive and competitive.

Our headquarter is not only the operational core of the company, but a place designed to promote wellbeing, efficiency, and sustainability.
The offices are spacious and bright, designed to make the most of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and creating a pleasant, productive environment.
Our commitment to sustainability is concrete: the building is equipped with solar panels that help reduce environmental impact and make our processes more energy-efficient.

Logistics Hub
Opened in May 2021, our centralised logistics hub is designed to ensure efficient and structured management of storage and distribution operations. Covering 38,000 m², the warehouse is divided into specific operational areas, each dedicated to a precise stage of the logistics process.
We manage 97,000 SKUs with an optimised storage system that reduces picking times and maximises available space. Goods handling follows dedicated flows: receiving and quality control operate in parallel with picking and order-preparation zones, ensuring continuous outbound operations.
Every day the warehouse handles up thousands of items, thanks to meticulous organisation of loading/unloading bays and a sorting system that minimises waiting times. Outbound logistics are structured to support high product rotation, ensuring fast, punctual shipments.
At the core of the operation is our team, each with a defined role: goods receiving operators, picking supervisors, order-preparation specialists, and personnel dedicated to shipping management. Coordination between departments is supported by clear procedures and digital tools that allow real-time monitoring of orders and stock levels.
Thanks to meticulous, structured management, our logistics hub enables us to respond quickly and effectively to market demands, ensuring operational continuity and reliable service for our customers.
